About IMS

Handling solutions for industry

To begin, IMS (Inter Manutention Système) is part of IMS extensions French group.
The company is located in Bonneval in Eure-et-Loir, France.
IMS studies, designs, manufactures and assembles its equipment in order to control the quality of its products.

It offers stairlifts, overhead cranes, pallet trucks and stackers and we deliver by carrier throughout France.

So, since 1973, the company has been offering its customers relevant handling solutions for the world of industry around a few specialties:

design and production of personalized handling equipment on air cushions;
proposal of autonomous motorization devices to help move heavy packages on the ground or on stairs,
proposal of ergonomic equipment for the development of operator workstations.

Then, our know-how acquired throughout our years of experience is at the service of the ergonomics of the company in order to facilitate the handling and handling of goods by your staff.

Notwithstanding, the company in Bonneval offers a wide range of operator workstation layouts to facilitate repetitive operations around packaging for France.

From our birth in 1973, to 2023 – 50 years of know-how and of serving industry

An entity of the French group IMS Extension located in Bonneval, Eure-et-Loir (Centre-Val de Loire region), IMS (Inter Manutention Système) is a company of 15 employees that studies, designs, manufactures and assembles its equipment in order to offer a high level of quality and control over its products and services.

A pioneer in Bertin-derived air-cushioned handling technology, and a European promoter of the electric micro pusher-tractor concept, IMS also offers ergonomic solutions for operator workstation fit-out.

Working to reduce the burden of load carrying, IMS offers a cutting-edge range of stair-climber or powered electric dollies, as well as a range of everyday handling support tools.

A team of local employees throughout France, together with the Germany-based IMS sales office, are on hand to support users as well as current and future clients.

Our activities

Engineering & Production

IMS has its own design office, equipped with 3D design software for the bespoke design of customer equipment, R&D, and structure calculations. IMS equipment is assembled in our workshops, capacity-tested and factory-tested, including in the presence of customers if so desired, before installation in-situ.

Authorised distributors

After-Sales Service

Our After-Sales Service is available for all questions regarding maintenance of your IMS equipment, including help with spare parts, maintenance advice, technical documentation, repair quotes, and older equipment refurbishment / retrofit. We use only OEM parts. IMS after-sales service is at your disposal 5 days a week at the following savims@orange.fr
